Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service I got from one of your store in Rondebult corner Van Dyk and Heidelberg road. I bought milk on Monday the 19th and only to find out that the milk was off. And when I went back to exchange the milk, firstly the security gave me problems telling I came to the wrong store, but my slip clearly showed that stores address and secondly the lady that was supposed to assist me, her name is Bridget confirmed that the milk was off and she told me to exchange it, which I did and then after that I had to wait at the till for her to confirm the exchange and she took her time to come back to me and after that I was told to go to the money market counter where I waited another 10mins for her to give me a slip and she saw me waiting and she didn't even explain to me why I was waiting, I didn't give get an apology for waiting for so long. I am really disappointed at how your employees treat customers. Bad service
