Bad service

I was at shopright tswane mall around 11.30 i was helped by Kedibone in line no 3/4 .....the lady did not greet me and she was talking to a fellow worker and helping her while I was next in line i was standing the waiting and listning to them have a conversation for about 5 6 minutes of no assistance and then the packer also known as Kedibone took her time while packing my food because she was also having a conversation with the cashier while I was the to the point where I ended packing my self because I needed to go now
