Bad service

We recieved bad service from the controller on duty. We did not get our slip as it was given to another customer mistakenly. Cashier that was on till number 5 on the 02/07/2022 Call controller and the controller refused to assist she verbally said im too busy and passed she went to another cashier for a chat she wasnt doing anything she was standing. We called her again she said i said im busy "with an attitude shouting at us" it is not a first time that controller has attitude she doesn't respect customers im not sure if she took advantage as we did not back chat her....Even that cashier gave us attitude though she is the one who gave away our slip. That store there is no customer service they disrespect people. Im honestly dissapointed and il make sure I post everywhere ...We are customers we should be treated with respect at times they assist us chewing gums they dont even greet back when greeting em. Im not happy at all this was the horrible service ever
