Bad service

The service I got from Shoprite at Freedom Park, Joburg is very bad. I don't know whether is it taking advantage of us . When you buy you also need to pack your grocery. I asked why was and the Cashier gave me an attitude. Cashiers must go for training for good service delivery. Can management pls attend to Customer service
