Bad service

Majority of cashiers at shoprite Jane furse Crossing have bad attitude for day. I work around the complex as well, went there to buy lunch, when I get to the tillpoints, I start by greeting the cashier (Koketso). Wow the attitude she responded me with, she said I shouldn't talk to her from behind, I should round and come face her before talking to her, with a very bad and stinking attitude. Until i went to the next till to get help from a lovely and smily lady called Dina (BIG UPS GIRL), atleast she knows what service is and know that a client or customer is actually important, because clients are our bread and butter.The management should really intervene because wow!
