Bad Service

I had the worst experience ever at Shoprite in Hlahatsi (Katlehong), the two ladies were making fun of me for complaining about the bad service I received at first hand. When I was walking away they made a joke and laughed out loud. That kind of behaviour from the staff is appalling. The two ladies did have their badges. The talked back and didn't show they were sorry about their behaviour. I spoke to the General Manager Grace but there was nothing done, she was siding with her staff and she refused to give me their names. She made my complain invalid and a joke. I rated them 1star and they don't even deserve that star.
