Bad service

I was shocked at the way Bongekile Buthelezi was talking to customers before me until I had my turn. A lady requested a cash back she made her wait for a long time not even asking from her colleagues if they have cash. Worse part is lady had a baby on her back and the baby was crying. When I got to her the lady was still waiting. I did my purchase and also asked for a cash back. Iyo it was I activated her anger she said she doesn't have money and nobody has in the store. I asked her why she is answering me like this and she said she doesn't know me and she doesn't have reason to. I asked for a manager she said she won't leave her job to call a manager for me. It took some time and I found a supervisor whom I explained to her but she didn't seem worried about the attitude from her colleague. This lady needs intervention. MAPHELLO please don't promote bad attitude from ur cashiers.
