Bad service

Would like to complain about the bad service we receiving as customers of Gugulethu and surrounds ,went and ask for a Manager at Gugulethu square Shoprite,first of all she's not even wearing a name tag,she gave me an attitude while I'm complaining about people standing in queues for hours,service here is bad and it's getting worse,people's time is not valued..there are elderly people standing in queues for hours and disabled people her name is Jojina ...
