Bad service

Good morning As a customer please give us more info on your Xtra save card cuz yoo!!! I was at Shoprite main store didn't have Xtra card with me but the ask me for Id number she helped me with xtra card,there after i went to liquor Store the is this guy by the name of Phuti Maponya he refuse to help me with ID number and the attitude he gave me its unaccepted cuz wow he know how to act... He want a serious customer service training... Thank you
