Bad service!!!

This morning my husband and I were in Shoprite Woodstock, before 9am. They open at 8am and we live a few houses away. There was a wet floor with shampoo looking slim without a “wet floor” sign and my partner slipped and almost fell with a tray of eggs in his hand and upon informing one of the females coming out of the store room stocking up on cold meats, we addressed the issue with her to make sure this does not happen to anyone else and the female just looked at me and my partner saying “Okay” without being empathetic, without saying sorry, without showing shoprite customer service. We then spoke to the manager and the manager apologized as he recognized my husbands face however, I am extremely unhappy with the service at shoprite Woodstock as their employees need to be trained properly in customer service as everyone has bad days and I work in customer service too but regardless of not caring about someone else’s situation, A CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT and as an employee it is your responsibility to make sure you give yourself as well as your company a good reputation!
