Bad service

I went to the store for fresh in-house bread but I had to leave the shop empty handed because they failed to give it to me instead the guy pointed me to the one that I have no idea of how long it has been there for, the service in the bakery section is very bad and the people who work in there they are very rude, shoprite standerton
