My wife n I went to sprite this morning to make a withdrawal ofwhen reaching cashier, she told us that she does not have the money I then requested her to call supervisor. To make arrangement for us to get money. Controller came I asked her if she can transfer money from other tills. She told me that. Shoprite. System does not allow that, we then ask her to take us to another terminal. She instructed security to assist us I then told her that II then told her that I expect her to help us not security, but, she refused. My wife.followed security to the said terminal, the cashier told her that she's going on lunch. I then requested to see store manager the controller told me that she's busy she can't see me. She called admin manager and what she did I couldn't believe, she passed us without saying anything . I then decided to go to Pick n. Pay across the street. On my arrival only two terminal were operating n the queue were very long, I approached customer service mgr she immediately ask cashier to assist us. In less than 5minutes we where out of Pick n Pay. I told them about most horrible service I got at Shoprite. Manager did not want to help.
