Bad service

Shoprite Protea Glen shopping Centre has the worst service. I work at Capitec Bank right next door and as an employee I’m on my lunch break and we queue to pay ? No one is willing to help even after I reported to management instead she wanted to pay for me which is wrong because the staff must assist me because the queues are long but no they tell us to queue
