Bad service

My sister took wine and decided not to purchase it so she left it in a different aisle. I was walking from a different aisle and bumped into Edwin saying a Custer iya mubhaizisa meaning the customer is compromising him.He decided to narrate what happend and I told him that the lady you tellinge about is a customer and unfortunately my sister <br> <br> To cut a long story short , Edwin mistreated a customer and had the indicency of talking about it, I told him he is misrepresenting the company values ,he is being paid to ensure that goods are placed accordingly yet he expects the customer to pack shelves .When I addresed him on the bad service he is rendering he was not understanding instead his colleague was backing him up so they see nothing wrong in misrepresenting the company.<br> <br> I am disappointed at the service rendered to customers in the Shppprite stores at Vosloorus .The last time we were. Sold expired juice .<br> <br> Your people are trained yet when they device customers they disregard that , pls educate them .<br> <br> The worse thing is we live in Vosloorus so they tale advantage by I'll treating customers since we are all black they think we don't know our rights.<br> <br> I
