Bad Service

I was paying my grocery on the 14 March 2016, they were 2 ladies their name badge had this names AFIKILE and POLIVIA standing where till packers suppose to stand. I assumed they were there to help us pack but instead they were busy checking the promotions on the Shoprite leaflet. Now I had to wait for them to finish so that I can pack my grocery. The cashier felt embarrassed and had to ask them to move and stand somewhere or help pack the stuff. They ignored her and continued with the leaflet. I had to squeeze myself in order for me to pack my grocery while they chatted about buying the washing powder on special. These ladies dont have any sense of customer service as I would have pack my stuff just needed to chat somewhere and dont make us wait for them.
