bad service

I went to shoprite to pay my Policy and to my surprise the lady was very rude and unfriendly,instead of assisting me, she actually screamed and yelled at me. I gave her the papers eventually and she took her time as she was also talking to her colleagues.instead of 15 minutes I stood there for 45 minutes because the cashier was just to dramatic.As I thought my nightmare was over she then accused me of giving her less money instead of her giving me change, she demanded the slips back and even called her supervisor.after 5 minutes of me explaining my self it was rectified and she did not even apologise.the staff at Shoprite they need to be trained for customer care and they need to treat customers right.Very unhappy at all
