Bad service

I am a regular customer of Shoprite , Dwarsloop branch. I am not happy with the service I receive at the Deli section of the shop. Staff members there are unfriendly, take time to attend to me even when there's no queue. Sometimes I end up not buying after being ignored for sometime.
