Bad service

So yesterday me and my colleague went to Shoprite church/van der Walt street Pretoria to buy our lunch, bought our food at 12:16 went to pay at the kiosk as there was no queue only this one guy.We stood in line for 20mins only for the cashier(Ntsako) to tell us the kiosk is for cigarettes buyers only and she was stuck and was waiting for the controller to tell whether she should help us or not, mind you there were 3 people(staff) around and nobody even bothered to tell us that the kiosk sells cigarettes only, is that even allowed?!! Told us to join other queues. The controller(Malebo) had the audacity to tell us we can report her giving me all the details with an attitude. "Yes,report chomi and say Shoprite VDW,Malebo was giving me attitude and we have a bad service"
