bad service

I went to shoprite to but stationery and some breakfast staff, I bought value pack of chicken Vienna en on the shelf there was a price of R42.99 en when they scan it the price was wrong en I asked the cashier to go en check then she send someone en the lady come back she couldn't even explain what is going on at the shelf she just called the manager en explain en manager went there after he come en call me, when I go there things were changed their was no price any more en I tried to explain to Thomas store manager he didn't even what to understand my story he just ignored me, so my question does Thomas knows the importance of a customer, does he know the values of shoprite, is he qualified enough to run a big store like shoprite, his behaviour doesn't match to be a store manger he is not patient enough to the customer, he made me feel like I don't worth to be there he way he speak I was so shocked, I demand an apology from him en he must give me my Vienna with the price I saw on the shelf am a valued customer at shoprite.
