Bad Service

I bought 1kg tomato at shoprite SCF Witbank address CNR Theunis Janson & Hans Srydom AVE ,so it happened that the tomato was on markdown for R10 and according to the manager it was supposed to be R15 ,my complaint here it's about the service I got from him 1stly he did not greet as a manager ,2ndly he speaks with the cashier that this must have been some mistake(it was marked R10),no one is explaining to me what's happening and what i know is the price i see is what i pay ,to my suprise when i get home on the Rcpt I paid 15 ,I must say that they making shoprite Indians shops now and that's wrong we can't run away from the Indian shops and still receive bad service at shoprite, I really think that some manager's must understand what retail is about, we understand that you can teach your stuff customer service and it's sometimes understandable that they are full of play ,but we don't expect that from manager's, i am really concerned about the service and it's not that i am annoyed because of my R5 which is still my money,however i am annoyed with how they handled this situation. That was a tall light skinned guy which I did not see his name badge. Normalise greeting everyone weather we respond or not it is part of any business that involves customers
