Bad service

I was at shoprite Windsor glen on 19/01/2021 and the service there was so bad firstly the cashier was rude did not greet us jus looked as if we annoyed her then after ring up our groceries we wanted to return one item and that made her even more annoyed and shouted the name of the person who was supposed to help her void it. The lady who was supposed to help us took her time and upon arrival also just stared at us as if we were there to ask for the groceries for free. The whole process took longer than i felt it should have. I feel the store management should train their employees on customer service i understand this is a stressful time for most people with covid and all but we should at least treat each other with respect.
