bad service

On the 08/12/2015,I was at Shoprite of Ndofaya Mall in Soweto.I was very disappointed about the service that I experience in that shop.I took three items from the shelve.I went to kiosk till where there were two staff ladies stand on that till.I asked a lady to check for me the price of the toy.She checked it.I also asked to pay other items that I took from floor. A lady told me that I can't pay to that till if the express till is open. She sent me to the other till that was not having a cashier.She show the till while she was stand to the kiosk till.Another lady who was also standing next to the kiosk escorted me to that till.She called a cashier to help me.I asked managers office and report the service that I experienced at till point.A guy who was in the office attended me.He also told me that if the express tills are opened they sent the customers to them.I asked him that is there any problem if I found the till without a customer and asked to pay.He told me that was supposed to help me to that kiosk till if she was no buzzy.After that the guy went inside the office.
