Bad Service

I am not a person that complain but this time sorry Shoprite Kuils River, bad service is under-statement. Have a extremely bad service today standing on the queue for 15 minutes just waiting for a service manager to bring a cigarette for the client that was in front and I ask for help told to wait if ever I will visit Shoprite Kuils River again I do not know ......only two open pay point during the day busy hours I don't understand <br> <br> I hope Shoprite head office (Brackenfell) will take my complain very seriously and do something about this and start taking your customers seriously
