bad service

I am quite appalled by the bad service I had received at the shoprite store situated in Phumula Gardens. On Sunday, I sent my brother to go buy a tub of vanilla ice cream for me and he than came back with a chocolate flavour. I than sent him back immediately to go exchange it. Bare in mind we live 3-5minutes away from the store. My brother was unattended for more than 40minutes and than was sent back with a mere\we will not exchange it for you because it has been over 30minutes since it was bought". I than went to enquire about this myself and was told to go to the branch manager. Lord "
