Bad service

I was at Shoprite Tsakane Corner, the service I got there was so bad I wanted to leave my stuff and get out of that shop. The cashiers at Shoprite are disrespectful, they don't see the person in front of them they talk to each other with what happened to me they we're busy talking playing with each others hair while am waiting to be served. When it was my turn to pay the cashier was exchanged and the new cashier came in she didn't greet me after waiting for them to finish with their own personal things. She just sanitized the desk continued to scan my stuff then comes a big question "plastic" I said no I paid after that I said can I have airtime she just said we don't have no explanation why they don't have cause I think if I did ask she was going to say I don't know. So what I ask myself what kind of establishment is this? Don't you update your staff about the things that are not available, you can go to Spar, Pick n Pay they run a promo you get to be told, they communicate with you the cashiers why can't Shoprite be like that anyway its a ****a shop. I always hate to go to Shoprite Corner because of the cashiers its like all of them are coming from one school or home. The service was bad where I work if my boss can get such email I'll be fired cause he value customers like anything else, cause they are the ones that pays his bills.
