bad service

I went to shoprite to withdraw money at d till,and I swiped my card once,but no money came out,the tiller said to me d card dsnt corrrspond with d speed point for it to open the till,den did it again for d second time,dats wen d till opened,mind you on my account reflects dat the money came out,nd wen I asked d tiller said dat I should come with d bank statement,like I dnt understand y now its my problem for me to go to d bank nd go all dat trouble to get d bank statement,While its them who were careless about d transaction,
