Bad service

On Tuesday 14th December I went to Checkers Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain to order 200 burger rolls for a kiddies party in Kosovo/Samora Mitchell Plain. I 1st asked for the price of the rolls each, then later I discovered it was a bit cheaper if I ordered it in half dozens. I then then told the assistant to quote me on 33 pkts of 6 rolls. He didnt look too pleased with me. His fellow assistant was tired and he asked her for her opinion and she just grumbled and put her head down to rest. I paid for the rolls and brought the copy of the till slip back to him. He just stapled it onto a brown paper bag with NO instructions except a collection date. I had to ask him to write my name and details down. On the day of collection which was the 17th, I sent my assistant to do the collection at the specified time. When he got there they just told him that here is no order and they dismissed him. He them asked to speak to the bakery manager who also just said we dont have your order. He then called me and I spoke to the manager and asked him what I was supposed to do now as I have over 300 children waiting for me and I had other meals prepared for the remaining 100 kids. He apologised and i said that its not going to help me. The party was due to start. Only after I said that I was going to take it to social media and hello peter did he say that he has rolls for us. Bearing in mind, I have been supporting Checkers with my charity work. I have lots of till slips to prove that I shopped there. They didnt even offer me 1 extra roll for the stress and time waste. The 2 staff members who worked on Tuesday 14th just before 7pm needs to be dealt with. How many others did this happen to? Imagine not assisting us when we were feeding the most vulnerable in our Community.
