Bad service

On the 03/04/2020 I went to Kagiso Chamdor Shoprite to do groceries including a 3kg bag of potatoes... I used them once and I was suppose to use them the 2nd time the potatoes were rotten. Due to lockdown on the 15/04/2020 I went to Shoprite but they refused to help me... The manager was rude... He didnt even have a name badge on
