Bad Service

I deposited R1500 on the 02 August 2015, using Shoprite's money market. But the reciever did not recieve the money. I went back to shoprite and enquired about the issue and decided that i will retrieve the money and send again. But I was told that the process of getting back the cash will take a month because i fogot the pin, so they need to send my particulars to head office and after a month i will recieve an SMS, saying i should go and get the cash at any shoprite branch. I'm still waiting for the SMS.<br> <br> I don't know if my particulars were sent to headoffice or not but someone has to explain.
