Bad service

Been at the Shoprite Mayfield to buy a flash voucher and been told by a cashier that they don't take old R50 note. I then requested to speak to a manager Precious Sibiya she did not even look at the note she told me that it is the instruction from their HO not to take old R50 notes. I then phoned their customer care center and spoken to Thando who handled my query professionally. And after 5 min she phoned me back and refered me back to the store whereby the same manager took my R50 note without even apologizing. It is people like Precious Sibiya who are entrusted with responsibilities that spoil and diminish business that they are entrusted with. She has really spoiled my day
