BAD SERVICE

On the 12th of June 2019, I witnessed such bad service at a Shoprite store at KwaMnyandu Mall. A security guard shouting at a girl he said has ****** from the shop every customer that was at the shop saw that only to find out at the end that the girl didn't ***** anything she tasted the hand lotion and left it there ok she was wrong but what about us who saw the security guard the way he was shouting at her what about that girl's dignity isn't there any way ShopRite can hand such a situation not in front of us customers please.
