Bad service

Went to the store to do ma shopping as usually but unfortunately when I got there the store was close so got a little bit closer found a note on a notice board saying they are close due to stock take and they will be opening at 14:00 so I decided to walk around the mall since I wanted to shop there so what annoyed me was the fact that wen I come back to the store at 14:00 the store was not open found staff charting laughing right in font of us waited up until 14:45 no management coming to us as costumers to apologize for any inconvenience nore telling us us why we had to wait while their staff members where chitchating on the the till security lady sitting on top of cashier desk her bums on top of the table where we put our food on one telling is rong to do so this got to me me really so much bad service from managers n staff
