Bad service

I went to shoprite Bellville Midestad mall ,to buy water. Went to pay at teller and went out.A security called me and waited for him he told me that I did not pay for water.I told him to ask the cashier,He then ask me to go with him to the office as I did not pay.I went with him to the store Manager and told her about the embarrassment I had.The approach was also bad.The manager told me that she will call the Line manager of the security to contact me.I am not happy at if this the way Shoprite treat their clients and the Manager to refer the matter to security company.
