BAD SERVICE

Bad service received at Shoprite Ermelo on Friday 7 February 2020 , I waited a lengthy period to weigh a packet of onions. There was nobody at the scale both scales that is by the fruit and vegetables section. After some time of looking around for assistance a lady shoprite employee came, she had no name tag so I couldn't get her name. With greeting or apology she took the bag of onions and attempted to weigh. To my surprise she had no idea what she was doing and kept on pressing the scale. She even uttered that she is not fami**** with the scale. As I patiently waited I kept on asking her to call assistance which didn't sit well with her. After some time a guy saved the day. I was furious and my time was wasted.
