Bad Service

On 09/02/2019, I was at Acornhoek Shorprite a Casher(Hellen Ncube) refused to assist me after giving me bad attitude, shouting at me saying that there is nothing I can do about it. I went to another Casher after queuing for long, even though i was assisted, Hellen fail to comply with the International Code of Consumer Rights, & also to adhere to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
