bad service

I bought a Kettle by the Shoprite Ennerdale ,the kettle isn't even 2months old its faulty I took it back however they didn't wanted to take it back or exchange it the manager or whatever had such bad attitude and she was rude I left because the way she's rude performing In front of the customers however I left because she was rude and I feel that I had my slip everything and its only two months old and I paid for something I can't even change if it had a problem it have a guarantee...
