Bad service

Am so disappointed with this retail. Went there waited for almost an hour and I was number 3 just to be helped at money market!!! The cashier were just standing there not assisting us talking to each other.When you ask they say they dont have money. Mind you its 18:00 by that time and the shop is packed. Their service is very poor am not gonna lie.
