Bad Service

Good Day. I went to your store at around 17:30 and the was no one who was assisting us as clients for more than 20 minutes and when I called the store to speak to the store manager about the service we receiving from her staff,she was very defensive towards my complaint or concern.This was the worst service ever especially from a whole store manager.
