BAD SERVICE

Good Day,

I would report an ill treatment received from Shoprite Recruitment Center in 29 Fox St, CBD.

The service provided by the receptionist of whom I don't have the name is appalling , as I walked in there was a queue, I then decided to take a sit. She rudely told me to stand and have witnessed her chasing some applicants away as they greeted in African languages as they have a notice board that say " speak to us in English'

May I ask how they got appointed as receptionists if they give such services to people who are genuinely looking for employment. Receptionists are the face of the company but they make you feel like you are in the wrong place.

I suggest that one of you can be a mystery applicant in order to experience this and take them to training. Unemployment is a sad reality in our country where some people end up taking their lives as they feel that they hit walls and these girls make this job search grueling.

I appeal that you look into this and step in and thank you for taking an initiative to make it easy to apply to your company by having this recruitment center.
