Bad service

I went to Shoprite Letlhabile mall on the 9th of April and my card declined twice and the third time it went through but deducted money 3 times from my account, i went there they logged an incident and i didn't get feedback, i also called their customer care and still nothing happened i'm still waiting for my money to be reversed and it has been more than a week now. I wonder if it ever occurs to them that i need that money .
