Bad service

Yesterday I went to shoprite middelburg cbd sadc st. Apparently the price of the drinks on the shelf was R24.99 but after scanning at the till the price was R32.99 so the cashier called the manager. Mandla Mamba(manager) shouted at us with bad attitude saying "don't you see this iterm was on special and never call me for such things" . The cashier asked him whom to call if she's having a problem cause the customer wants to leave, Mandla the (manager) said I don't know and I don't care.
