bad service

The service I just received from a woman who works at your parcel counter in shop rite southgate value market is shocking to say the least first of all she is not friendly upon arrival I greeted her she kept quiet,then when I went back to fetch my parcel she just banged it and when I asked if there was a need for her to do that since anything that was there could either be broken or mess the plastic bag she just kept quiet no apology whatsoever ,your service sucks and has gone to the dogs
