Bad service

I've been a loyal customer to Shop rite for many years never really had an issue or should I say I didn't complain because it's not my nature,. Today however I was treated so badly and needed to bring it to Shoprites attention .

Today 21 Jan 2018 at Shoprite Ridgeway I was told by one of the staff members to leave my trolley full of groceries and leave the shop as it was about to close and they can not wait for me to finish with my shopping the staff member literally came over to me clap his hands saying and I quote "come come you must go we closing and we can not wait for you , come back tomorrow and finish "SHOCKING WHO DOES THAT" no shop ever puts their customers out of the shop they wait till the customer is done before they leave , not ever have I ever heard of any customer been told to leave or come back the following day as the staff needs to leave , I have shopped at many stores in my life time never ever I was put out . Not only did I leave very disappointed I was disgusted ...I was with my 2kids which one needed her nappies and milk that was in my shopping trolley and I had to leave without it because the staff couldn't wait 10 extra minutes for me to finish .

You have lost a loyal customer for good I can not shop at a place that puts their customers out I can not shop at a shop where staff members does not understand that customers have the right to finish their shopping even if the shop is closed as I didn't walk in 5mins before closing time Next time Shoprite Ridgeway before employing people make sure you don't employ people who does not have patience and who does not understand customers policies.
