bad service

I have been buying my grocery from Shoprite Bara mall for a long time now and I thought to myself that the service will get better but its not.Every time I go to buy groceries at Shoprite, when you go to pay at the till they don't assist with packing groceries. Some workers just stand there and watch you pack by yourself, Imagine the frustration that one has to go through packing everything by yourself with no assistance and on the other hand there's a queue and you still have to finish first with packing before paying the bill to make sure everything is packed and in order.

I ask myself the reason behind them not assisting us-is it because its in a black community and they taking advantage of that. I'm so disappointed with the service that I've been getting-and trust me I'm not the only one whose having a problem with this branch so I decided to voice it out so that something can be done.
