bad service

Shoprite is one of my best shop until today where I went to samke to pay for 4 little items, she told me she can't because the other customers they will come to her and she will get busy and irreteted. She send me to till number 3 where there no one to help me, I waited on that till for 30 minutes till the ledy came through. I was furies watching her shassing more den ten customers away. She is working on kiosk till.
