Bad Service

Greetings to Shoprite team, most especially the Cash and Carry shoprite in Pretoria West.

I have witnessed a shocking pattern of bad customer service today and it's not something new. I saw a cashier giving a worst and most distasteful treatment today. The lady has a bigger ego, she's full of herself I know her few weeks back from the liquor store. I'm not sure the name of the lady but she was wearing a red golfer with no name tag and wearing a doek. She was working at till number 4 from the kiosk side.

That young lady needs so training, perhaps counseling because her ego is too big and appears to be bigger than the whole store itself, she is always been bad, very bad and I thought I was the only one who got that bad treatment from her but it seems like she's full of herself. I asked some guy at the store and identified her as Precious. She is really bad and very bad.
