Bad Service

I was at Shoprite Monday doing shopping like I normally do so I wanted to withdraw money aswell for granny but I was told that they don't have money I was supposed to come exactly on the 1st,but I told them that she normally send me on that day,then the lady said I am lying its not possible, she said I must go till to till to ask cashiers if they have money or not and if they don't have I must not be angry because its my fault! Her name is Cythia Gxilisane and she was with a supervisor. I don't think I will ever go back there ever!!!!
