Bad Service

I bought ice cream at Shoprite American Parlour at shoprite Ulundi Ice cream 5lt when opening the ice cream it looks like sand inside it very tasteless am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the product that i got. Your shop in Ulundi it doesn't even smell nice it smells rotten meat inside the shop.
