Bad service

Yesterday again! your tellers all don't have float at the tills. I needed to draw R 300 and they all didn't have money for me to draw. This is at about 12pm. how is that possible. why offer low cost withdrawals with capitec if people can't draw?<br> <br> Please assist, your branch fails to solve this problem.<br> <br> Atleast Helen helped me.
