Bad Service

I had a bad experience from the cashier Khanyisani Nkosi at Ulundi Shoprite where he was busy chatting with his colleague about their personal staff and exchanging cash which I didn't have a problem because it didn't concerned me but I was cross because he had to stop my service and when I confronted him he did not apologize or say anything but he gave me that look with a slow motion. My biggest concern is that please can you train your staff during this time of pandemic to uplift their service it to much to wait outside the shop because of the queue then when you gets inside you still need to follow the queue to the till. Khanyisani is very rude and in that shoprite it even difficult to see a sinior person no pictures on the wall as other shops.
